NETHELIX Participates in the 9th Greek Raw Materials Community Dialogue
On November 20th, the NETHELIX project participated in the 9th Greek Raw Materials Community Dialogue, held at the Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens. This year’s event focused on the “Critical Raw Materials Act” and gathered policymakers, industry professionals, and innovators to discuss sustainable development within the raw materials sector.
As part of the event, NETHELIX contributed to the poster session, where we presented the core objectives of the project, highlighting its primary technological components and their architecture. The poster session provided attendees with an in-depth look at how NETHELIX is advancing technological innovation in the mining sector, with a strong focus on sustainability and resilience.
NETHELIX representatives engaged with over 30 researchers and industry experts during the event, fostering valuable discussions on innovation, sustainability, and the future of mining technologies. The project’s contributions align with the EU’s strategies for both green and digital transitions, reflecting a shared commitment to achieving long-term, sustainable growth in the raw materials industry.
Supported by the Horizon Europe programme (Grant reference #: 101092365), NETHELIX continues to drive innovation, with a dedicated focus on the sustainable extraction and processing of raw materials. Through this participation, NETHELIX reaffirms its role in shaping the future of the mining sector and contributing to the European Green Deal.
